FOLSOM STREET FAIR This was one street fair that I actually have been interested in checking out, but that I missed again this year.

So you don;t go to any of this stuff? You should move to the midwest, where at least you won't feel guilty. Honestly, the only one I would go to is the Bluegrass Fest. The Folsom street fair is supposed to be a little too gay friendly, like middle-aged-men-in-chaps-getting-off-in-public gay friendly. And the Castro fair is, ironically, dominated by Christians.
As for the Bluegrass festival, if you want to see John Mellancamp, and people playing fiddle, then you would do better over here anyway. You should come and visit and see what you think.
I was just thinking the same thing.
